Mental health education
Guided workshops to focus on restoration, reflection and (re)connection with the body mind through:
- Mindful meditation
- Gentle movement, informed by trauma-conscious and accessible yoga
- Breath work
- Journaling
Format: virtual and in-person; 4 person minimum
Length:
60-120 min. per session
Professional Development
Psychoeducation trainings: Tailored to engage learning on topics including, but not limited to:
- interpersonal relationship building
- trauma-informed care
- understanding the impact of personal and collective stress and trauma
Self care & skills practice workshops: Tailored to your groups' needs with integration of therapeutic support, breath work, and movement practices.
Available for community-based events, workplace wellness, and conferences!
Format: virtual; in-person; hybrid
Length: 60 min-90min (exceptions on a case by case basis)
