When individuals and communities are supported in their wholeness and well-being, liberated from intergenerational trauma, and relieved from the stigma around mental health, we as a collective,
thrive.
I hold caring spaces and foster intentional connections with individuals and communities navigating trauma healing, mind-body-spirit wellness practice, identity exploration, and relational repair work.
I approach my work and relationship building with a trauma-informed lens and mindful approach, inviting in vulnerability and curiosity to call in more of our whole, authentic selves.
Together, we will identify the care and healing practices needed to unearth the roots of oppression that keep us unwell and alone.
